Forwarding incoming fax to email addresses
Fax Server Pro routes the incoming faxes to
user's email addresses or any other email addresses as a TIFF or
PDF attachment. The user is then able to print, save and forward
the fax – similar to what occurs when a regular email with an
attachment is received
Fax messages sent from User A to User B(usually
called Inner Fax) will
NEVER be forwarded to user's email
address.
To forwarding incoming fax to user's email addresses
- Ensure that you have set up the Fax to Email Configurations
- On User menu, click User list...; Or directly click Usre List button on the toolbar
- In the User List dialog box, choose
an user, then click the Edit... button
located on the top side of the window
- Specify an Email address,
multiple email addresses by separating with a
comma
- Click Advanced on the right side of
the main window, select the Forward to user's
email address check box; If this option is disabled, select
the Allow to receive incoming fax option,
and try again
- Click OK to save
Note: Routing Rules will be applied while
forwarding incoming fax to user's email addresses

Configurations topic, ensure the Public
Mailbox is specified.
