Managing Users
When you click the User list button on the
toolbar, the User List
dialog box will is displayed. It contains the
list of user accounts and the buttons to manage it.
The User List has eight columns which display the
main information on users:
- User: Shows an user account
- Name: Shows an user's name
- Member Of: Shows a group a user belongs
to
- Job Title: Shows an user's particular
position
- E-mail: Shows an user's e-mail
address
- Mobile/Phone: Shows an user's mobile
or phone number
- MSN/ICQ: Shows an user's instant
messaging account, such as: MSN, ICQ, AOL, Gtalk and more
