Insert cover page information fields

To insert cover page information fields

1. Open Fax Server Pro Client
2. On the Tools menu, click Personal Cover Pages.
3. Click the cover page template you want to modify, and then click Open.
4. On the Fields menu, click the field you want to insert, such as Recipient Name , Sender Name, etc.
5. Repeat steps 4 as needed.

Note: At the time you send a fax, all the information fields you inserted are automatically filled in with the information defined on the Fax Server Pro.
