When faxing a PDF, the output fax cannot be read easily?

In order to increase the output quality of PDF files, try the followings:

  • Go to %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\application data\FaxServerClient\ folder.
    Click Start>Run, copy and paste (or type) the path shown above.
  • Double-click the Config.ini file to open with NotePad.
  • Add these lines to the end of the file:
    [PDF]
    Resolution=120
  • Increase the resolution value to get better quality(i.e. 150, default 120)
    If it's necessary, change the Print Quality to High(204 x 196)
