Dialing to an outside line

Our phone system doesnt allow us to pick up a dial tone unless we dial "9". Can you tell me how to get the software to dial "9" Everytime it dials multiple numbers for a single fax?

To set up an Access Code for Fax Server Pro:

  • On Server menu, click Server Options, or click the Server Options button on the toolbar
  • The Server Options dialog box will be displayed, click Incoming/Outgoing on the right side of the window
  • Select the Access Code check box, enter 9 in the text box
  • Click OK to save. All these configs will be applied in the next outgoing fax
